Our sessions are held in-person at our studio center, creating a supportive and peaceful environment for participants to deepen their meditation practice and connect with themselves.
Our group sessions are held on Fridays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Our meditation center is located at warehouse 5&6, Behind Time Square, in Al Quoz. Participants can sign up for one or more sessions per week.

We specialized in Mindfulness meditation, which helps participants cultivate greater awareness and presence in their daily lives. Our coach also incorporates breathwork, Music and visualization techniques to enhance the meditation experience.
Our Meditation coach is the Founder & Zhealing Master experienced with a deep understanding of the practice. He brings a compassionate and supportive presence to each session and are committed to creating a welcoming environment for all participants.
