  • SELF- LOVE IS THE PRACTICE OF CARING AND VALUING FOR ONESELF BOTH PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. IT’S A FUNDAMENTAL ASPECT OF OVERALL WELL-BEING AND MENTAL HEALTH. SELF-LOVE IS AN ONGOING PRACTICE THAT CAN HAVE A PROFOUND IMPACT ON YOUR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING. IT IS NOT ABOUT BEING NARCISSISTIC OR SELF-CENTRED BUT RATHER ABOUT MAINTAINING A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF.
