TRANCE MEDITATION IS A PRACTICE THAT INVOLVES INDUCING A STATE OF DEEP RELAXATION AND ALTERED CONSCIOUSNESS TO ACHIEVE SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL, OR PHYSICAL HEALING. IT IS A POWERFUL TOOL THAT HAS BEEN USED FOR CENTURIES IN VARIOUS CULTURES AROUND THE WORLD FOR THERAPEUTIC AND SPIRITUAL PURPOSES.

During trance meditation, the meditator enters a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness, where their mind is calm, and their body is relaxed. This state is achieved through various techniques such as guided visualization, rhythmic breathing, sounds and Music. These techniques help to slow down the brain waves, making the meditator receptive to suggestions, creating a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind.

Trance meditation can be used to explore the deeper aspects of oneself, release emotional blockages, and connect with one's spiritual nature. It is believed that during this state, the mind is more open to receiving insights and guidance from the subconscious mind or higher power.
